  Limitations on exclusive rights: Computer programs: Not withstanding the provisions of section 106, it is not an infringement for the owner of a copy of a computer program to make or authorize the making of another copy or adaptation of that computer program provided: (1) that such a new copy or adaptation is created as an essential step in the utilization of the computer program in conjunction with a machine and that it is used in no other manner, or (2) that such new copy or adaptation is for archival purposes only and that all archival copies are destroyed in the event that continued possession of the computer program should cease to be rightful.

  
  
  
• Our function is strictly to backup software, which you claim to currently own to protect it from damage.
  
  
• These duplications are allowed under the copyright law, and you are entitled to this service by law. We provide this as a service. This service will not be held accountable for the purchaser's use. If you sell your original software, you will destroy the CD-R backup of that title.
  
  
• If you imply piracy, we cannot legally serve you. Do not inform us if you plan to use these illegally.
  
  
• You take the responsibility for your own actions when using these back-up's, and we hold no liability for anything you, the purchaser will do with the backup.
  
  
• We understand that from buying these backups from us that you are implying you have the original copy of that title, and we will supply it to you on that understanding only. If you imply to us that you do not own the original copy of the game, then we cannot supply you with the disc, as you have no legal rights to own it.
  
  
• If you buy a title from us and you do not have the original copy of the title, then you must by law, destroy the backup copy supplied from us, within 24 hours of purchase, having used the CD for evaluation purposes only. You may keep the backup after 24 hours if in that time, you have gone out and bought the original title commercially.
  
  
• If you choose not to destroy the CD, then you are in illegal breach of the copyright law. By reading this disclaimer, you are aware of this fact and we cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen as a result of this. We will only supply backups of original titles in their full format, as would be bought commercially and we will not supply ripped/hacked compilation CD's of any form. If we were to do this, we would be in breach of the copyright law. As a service provider, we cannot allow this, as it would mean we would be no longer able to provide you with this service.
  
  
• By complying with these regulations, it allows us, as the service provider to duplicate and you, as a consumer to receive the right of back up's to protect your original software. Please note, we do not condone piracy, but we do recognize the ever growing need for CD backup software to protect valuable originals.
